The material outperforms PLA and ABS in terms of resistance and longevity, offering excellent layer adhesion and dimensional stability. A diameter precision of ±0.02 mm and smooth, clog-free extrusion guarantee high print quality—both visually and technically.

Thanks to its high strength (50 MPa), impact resistance, and robust structure, SUNLU ASA allows you to create parts that withstand mechanical stress and long-term use. At the same time, the material is optimized for printing—recommended temperatures of 250–280°C and a build plate of 80–100°C ensure a stable process without excessive warping. The ability to operate across a wide speed range (50–200 mm/s) provides flexibility in producing both precise details and larger projects.
