MEASURING ACCURACY AND DIGITAL DISPLAY

The tread depth gauge has a very wide measuring range: 0 - 25.4 mm, and is therefore suitable for both passenger car and truck tyres. With a measuring accuracy of as little as 0.01 mm, you can be sure that the device is highly accurate. The measurement result can be displayed in millimetres or inches, depending on the user's preference. EASY TO USE AND BATTERY-POWERED

Thanks to the buttons around the display, measuring tread depth is very simple, as all you have to do is place the measuring rod in the tread grooves and press the entire instrument against the tyre. The result obtained is easy to read as it will appear on the digital display. The gauge is battery-powered, fitting either SR44 or LR44 type batteries. The gauge automatically switches off after approximately 5 minutes of inactivity, thus saving battery power.
